Most popular post

It's now official: people are more interested in reading how John McCain looks like Mr. Roper than anything else on this blog. Crazy, but true.

Never thought that would be the case when I wrote that blog entry, on Oct. 25, 2008, which could be seen by clicking here.

Roper-McCain, read now 147 times, eclipsed my post of Billy Collins' eponymous poem 'The Names', which has been read 146 times. 'The Names' can be read here.

The next most popular post was titled 'The Fall Of Foxwoods', a link to a Boston Globe story about the downfall of Foxwoods Casino, in Mashantucket, CT, read 82 times.
